Machine Structure

This machine is designed with a shock-absorbing device, which consists of a base and an air bag to reduce the impact force of the test bench on the foundation during impact. The test piece is installed on the workbench, which is guided by two sliding guide rails installed on the base and can move up and down. The two cylinders are connected to the workbench through a pull rod installed on the piston rod.
When the cylinder is inflated, the piston rod extends and the pull rod drives the workbench to lift. During the impact, the cylinder is inflated and the workbench is lifted. When it is raised to the set height, the cylinder is quickly deflated, the workbench falls freely, and the bottom surface of the workbench hits the waveform generator, completing an impact process. By adjusting the drop height and changing the stiffness of the waveform generator, various impact test waveforms meeting the design index requirements can be obtained.
