The package clamping test machine is used to simulate the impact of the clamping force of two plywood on the package and goods when the package is loaded and unloaded by a clamp truck, and to evaluate the clamping strength of the package. It is suitable for finished product packaging such as kitchenware, furniture, home appliances, toys, etc., especially for the package clamping strength test required by SEARS in the United States.

Machine Structure

1. Base Plate

(1) Made of group welding parts with high rigidity and strength. Mounting surface is processed after aging treatment.

(2) Warning boundaries are set all around and at the center. The middle line acts as the reference line for the test piece (people must not stand on the base plate during testing).

2. Transmission Beam

Driven by servo motors on both left and right clamping arms, the screw moves inward synchronously at an adjustable speed. This clamps the test piece to reach the set force, monitored and stopped by pressure sensors.

3. Servo System

Once the preset clamping force is reached and stabilized, the servo control station commands the servo system via chain drive to raise, stop, or lower the crossbar. Personnel should stay clear of both sides of the crossbar.

4. Electrical Control

(1) Operates on PLC control to secure precise action synchronization at each position.

(2) Features a control cabinet to manage clamping force, speed, lifting/stopping, and manual or automatic modes.

(3) Includes an emergency stop button directly on the control panel.
