High-Quality Zero Alitude Drop Tester Manufacturer, Supplier

Zero drop test machine is mainly used to assess the impact degree of the packaged product during the actual transportation and loading and unloading process, and to assess the impact resistance of the packaged product during the handling process and the rationality of the packaging design. Zero drop test machine is mainly used for drop test of larger packages.

Product Description

📋 Features

Zero drop test machine is mainly used for drop test of larger packages. Zero drop test machine has an "E" type fork that can move downward quickly as the test piece bracket, and the tested goods are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (face, edge and corner test). During the test, the pallet moves downward at high speed and separates from the test piece. Before the tested packaged goods fall to the bottom plate, the "E" type fork has been embedded in the bottom plate under the action of the high-efficiency shock absorber. In theory, the zero drop test machine can perform drop tests from zero height range.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the primary use of the Zero Drop Test Machine?
It is primarily designed for conducting drop tests on larger and heavier packaged goods to evaluate their impact resistance during handling and transportation.
Q2: How does the "E" type fork mechanism work?
The "E" type fork acts as a bracket that supports the test piece. During a test, it moves downward at high speed, faster than the test piece, allowing for a clean free-fall simulation before being safely embedded in the base.
Q3: Can this machine perform corner and edge drop tests?
Yes, the machine allows for precise balancing of the test piece to perform face, edge, and corner drop tests according to specific requirements.
Q4: What are the installation requirements for this equipment?
No special foundation is required. It should be installed on a flat cement floor with a reserved working channel of 800-1000mm around the equipment for operation and maintenance.
Q5: What international standards does the machine comply with?
The equipment fulfills multiple criteria including ISTA, IEC68-2-27, ISO2248-1985(E), GB/T4857, and GB/T2423.
Q6: What is the maximum load capacity available?
Depending on the model, the maximum load capacity ranges from 150kg up to 2000kg for the heavy-duty Bilateral lifting versions.
