OEM VOC/aldehyde and ketone test environment chamber for automotive interior parts (sampling bag method) Manufacturer, Factories

The automotive interior VOC environmental test chamber (bag method) meets the needs of VOC emission testing of automotive parts and automotive decorative materials.

Product Description

Product Description
The equipment is mainly used to simulate different conditions of ambient temperature, humidity and air replacement rate, and place automotive interior materials or products in the test cabin to test the performance of automotive interior parts under certain conditions of temperature, humidity, and air exchange rate. VOC and aldehydes and ketones are released, and the VOC emissions of vehicle parts are tested under different conditions, so as to control the toxic and harmful gas emissions caused by the parts.
During the testing process, real-time monitoring of the background concentration of formaldehyde, toluene, and total VOC is required. Under stable conditions where the concentration reaches the limit, sampling and testing are performed to ensure the representativeness and validity of the test data.
