OEM Automobile lamp dual temperature zone fog test chamber Manufacturer, Suppliers
The dual-climate environment tester for car lights is mainly used for the fogging test of car lights. It simulates whether fog will be caused when the car lights are started in a heavy rain environment and the temperature inside and outside the lamp is inconsistent, thereby affecting the lighting performance of the car lights.
The dual-zone test chamber is a device specially designed to simulate the fogging of automotive lamps under different temperature and humidity conditions. The main structural features of the test chamber include two independent temperature zones, which simulate the temperature and humidity conditions of the surface (outdoor environment) and back (engine environment) of the automotive lamp respectively.
By precisely controlling the temperature and humidity of each temperature zone, the test chamber can simulate a variety of complex actual use environments, thereby comprehensively evaluating the anti-fogging performance of car lamps.

What is the primary function of the dual-zone test chamber?
The chamber is specifically designed to simulate and evaluate the fogging characteristics of automotive lamps by replicating different temperature and humidity conditions on the front and back of the lamp.
What specific environments do the two temperature zones simulate?
The two zones independently simulate the outdoor surface environment and the internal engine compartment environment to which car lamps are exposed.
Is the spraying system adjustable for different test requirements?
Yes, the spraying system features adjustable water temperature (15℃~25℃), flow rates (6~21L/min), and water pressure (0~4bar) to meet various testing standards.
Does this equipment meet international automotive standards?
Absolutely. It complies with major standards including GB/T 10485, SAIC General Motors GMW14906, Toyota TSC3000G, and specific Geely technical requirements.
Can the lighting system simulate actual sunlight intensity?
Yes, the integrated lighting system simulates sunlight with an adjustable irradiation intensity range of 800w/m² to 1200w/m².
What are the heating and cooling capabilities of the chamber?
The chamber offers a heating rate of 2℃ to 4℃ per minute and a cooling rate of at least 1℃ per minute, both of which are precision-controlled.
