Applications

The performance index of the composite salt spray chamber meets the requirements of GB/T5170.8 "Basic parameter verification method for environmental test equipment of electrical and electronic products". The salt spray corrosion test chamber can be used for neutral salt spray test and acetic acid salt spray test according to GB/T2423.17 "Basic environmental test procedures for electronic and electrical products Test Ka: Salt spray test method".

Features
The inner and outer tanks are made of epoxy fiberglass integrally molded, which has the characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, high strength, no leakage, flat surface, smooth and easy to clean.
The water-tight form prevents the salt mist from overflowing, and the jacket air duct is heated to make the studio heat up quickly and the temperature distribution is uniform.
The top cover of the salt spray box is designed to be 110~112℃, so that the cold condensed water in the box does not drip directly on the test product.
The spray method is tower spray, and the spray tower is placed in the middle of the bottom surface of the studio. The material of the nozzle is made of quartz glass, the sprayed mist is fine, and the salt mist is naturally settled and evenly distributed.
The control system of the equipment is placed on the upper right side of the box, which is convenient for users to operate.
